General Information
What is the maximum capacity of your venue?
The Serenity Suite can accommodate up to 200 guests, the Amington suite can accommodate 400 guests, the maximum capacity of the entire venue is 600 guests.
What are your available time slots for booking an event?
We offer two time slots: 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Please note that we cannot extend beyond 11:00 PM due to licensing restrictions.
Is alcohol allowed at the venue?
No, alcohol is not permitted at our venue.
Can you cater for segregation at events?
Yes, we can accommodate segregation. This can be arranged by booking both suites or using draping within one suite to separate areas for men and women.
Pricing and Packages
Can I get a quotation over the phone?
We provide rough estimates over the phone. However, detailed quotations are given during the on-site viewing to ensure accuracy based on your specific requirements.
What is included in the dry hire option?
Currently, we do not offer a dry hire option. We have one comprehensive package that includes tables, chairs, standard decor, crockery, cutlery, glasses, and staffing (event manager, coordinator, security, and ushers). Additional services such as catering and waiters can be arranged separately.
Do you offer packages for different event types?
We currently offer one comprehensive package that includes all essential services and decor. For events scheduled far in advance, we are working on creating additional packages that may be available by the time of your event.
Can I see examples of the decor and setup?
Yes, you can view examples of our standard decor on our Instagram page, which includes images and videos from past events. These can also be seen during the on-site viewing.
Catering and Services
Do you provide in-house catering?
We do not offer in-house catering but we do have preferred caterers you can work with. Alternatively, you can bring your own caterer, provided they supply the necessary health and safety documentation and insurance.
Can I use my own waiters or staff?
We have a preferred waitering company that we work with to ensure high standards and seamless service. We do not allow external waiters or staff.
Booking Process
What happens during a viewing?
During a viewing, clients are shown all the facilities, including the suites, bridal suite, prayer rooms, and courtyard. Detailed explanations are provided, and any additional queries are answered. After the viewing, a formal quotation and contract are sent.
What is the process for securing a booking?
Typically, bookings are secured after a viewing. Clients will need to sign the contract and prohibition notice and pay the deposit. Once these steps are completed, the date is reserved for them.
